you don't have to post in every forum

You have to learn to follow, before you can lead.

This is my High School summer program,

Week 1 and 2: 5 sets of 10 on Bench, Squat, Dead, Incline
Week 3: 3 sets of 8 on Bench, Squat, Dead, Incline
Week 4: 3 sets of 5 on Bench, Squat, Dead, Incline
Week 5: 3 sets of 3 on Bench Squat, Dead, Incline

We also run (stadiums, ropes, and other running drills) and it doesn't hurt to get some curls in also.
