Im 17, 5'11 155 pounds trying to build muscle. Ive had some experience lifting weights but, Ive never taken it seriously untill now. Right now Im kinda just lifting randomly, Im not very organized and Im pretty sure Im hampering my results with my horrible routine. I defintely have the drive now though so all I need is a much more organized plan. I tried using one of the freetrainers plans, but I dont have the equipment to do all the exersises and I dont like how many reps you have to do I want to build both muscle mass and strength so I like to keep it under 10 reps. So I only have a bench a bar and two dumbell bars. So I cant use any machines and I cant squat because I dont have a squat rack. Right now my routine is.
day 1, Bench press, Curl, and crunches
day 2, Millitary press, and dips
day 3, deadlift, lunges, calf raises
Horrible routine yes I know. But Im not really sure how to make one myself so any help would really be appreciated.
