I know I still need to lose some fat first, but I was wondering when I should switch focus to gaining muscle. Should I aim for a certain body fat% and then start a bulk? Just curious how others decide when the time is right. Any suggestions would be apprecitated.
well you're going to need about 14% bodyfat to bulk effeciently, in my opinion. So right around there would be a good gauge. If you cut to much less than that, you're not going to gain muscle very easily.
