I have been working out 4 days/week without really having a plan for about a year and have seen some good results. This, however, is my 1st week with Freetrainer. My question is: With a weight training program, how do I figure out how much weight to lift for the different reps (i.e. when I have 20 reps am I lifting a certain % of my "max?)?

Thanks for the help!

do what you can and the first set is meant as a warm up very light...I typically do what i know i can do for given reps with having to push the last 2-3
