First of all i would like to thank this forum for all the knowledge i have today on fitness.It was really a huge help from me reading tons of stuff here. From 148 down to 134 pounds i am quite happy on the way i look now.My goal is 130 and my height is 5'8...=)
Well i recently bought food supplements because i want to build muscle now after taking out the fats, my goal is to have a lean beach body type heheh....
I bought whey protein powder and a bottle of amino acids...Question is
1. When do i take whey and amino, after workout or before workout..? are there any side effects on this products?
2.I recently changed my routine to a 6 day split workout
1= Chest Biceps
2=Shoulder triceps
3=back legs
2x exercise on each body part per week,
My last workout routine is MWFS- Whole body
Which is more effective? I had more body pain on my new routine, is that pain necessary for muscle growth?
