hey everyone. I've been working out for about 2 years and eventually I hit a plateau that just seemed to go on for months, so I decided to start taking creatine. After about a week of taking it, I don't know if its just in my mind or not, but I made a lot of gains relatively quickly. Then unfortunately I got the flu and missed 2 weeks.
So my question is, should I start the loading phase of creatine again? I got through the 5 day loading stage as suggested on the label, and then I just took one serving for the next 2 days or so after my workouts.
I then was sick for 2 weeks, and didnt take creatine. After I got better, I got so busy with work that I didnt have time to go to the gym either, so again, I didn't take any creatine.
So in total, its been around a month since I've taken it. I ended up losing almost 10 pounds in that time (high metabolism, couldn't eat proper meals) and I think I can get back to the gym soon.
Should I start the loading phase again?
