I?m working on losing 40lbs; I'm 5'10, 200lbs. :angry: I take a kickboxing class 3 times for an hour a week and weights 3 times a week for 45 min to an hour. I'm also doing Cardio in the morning for an hour or enough to burn 500 calories everyday. I would like to get cut; I don?t want big muscles, just a slim body. Can anyone help me with any suggestions? This is my diet;
I'm eating for 3 days;
Morning
3 Scoops Protein
1 cup Strawberries
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 Eggs
3 Egg Whites
2 Slices or Rye Bread
Afternoon
1 Chicken Breast
1/3 Tomato Sauce
1 Chicken Breast
1/3 Tomato Sauce
Evening
2 Scoops Protein
1 Tbsp coconut oil
Comes out to a total of 1750 Calories.
I eat this for 2 days;
Morning
1 scoop whey protein
1 cup dry oatmeal
½ cup raisins
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 Banana
Afternoon
1 cup low fat cottage cheese
1 container low fat yogurt in any fruit variety
1 Banana
Evening
1 chicken breast
3 cups cooked pasta
1 cup tomato sauce
I drink Coffee in the morning w/ Splenda and sugar free powder creamer, and also Sprite Zero.

Coconut oil is a saturated fat. You probably have enough dietary fat without having to add it. Also you could go with a bit more fiber in your diet.

Sorry I forgot to mention, I'm taking fiber. Psyllium whole husks. One Tbs in the morning and on at night.
