Hey guys, I'm really into Dance Dance Revolution for a cardio workout, but I seem to be plateuing, and I wanted to know if any of the fitness experts here could give me some tips in order to help me meet my goals. What I need is unparalleled agility with my feet as well as super cardio endurance. To give you an idea of what I'm aiming for, here's a good example of what I beleive to be the epitome of the "sport":

If you don't feel like sitting through the whole video (it's really impressive, though) skip to the middle to see some of the crazy stuff. Mind you, evildave makes it look easy with his small, efficient movements, but seriously, the game's really, really tiring, like sprinting for several minutes on end with some of the most difficult songs; I can barely pass the one depicted in the video when played at half that speed.
Anyhow, I'm sure a lot of his ability is something you're born with, but I want to know how I can move that fast and for that long. I've wondered if HITT training might help, but I don't think I'm in good enough shape as it is to do something that intense. Any input is deeply appreciated, thanks!
