Hey dude's, i wanted to know if i weight train Monday, wednesday, and friday...and then swim tuesday and thursday.....will that effect the grwoth of my muscles????

right, sorry about that. I train Back and biceps on monday,chest and triceps on tuesday, and shoulders on friday. My food intake is pretty good

Meal 1
1 cup of porridge
2 Eggs
1 cup of milk

Meal 2
Protein shake

Meal 3
Salmon and Pasta

Meal 4
Protein Chake

Meal 5
Grilled chicken, fish or brown rice with salad.

meal 6
Protein shake (before bed)

What do you reckon? Oh and i drink loads of water through out the day.

No leg work? That is a big mistake they are the biggest muscles in you body. If you want mass you need to use the money lifts...deads, squats, rows.

Hey cool.....so i should train my legs quite a bit then? should i go swimming for that...what do you reckon?

Are you swimming for recreation or competitively? If you swim competitively, there are different things you should do in season and off season.

Why so many shakes?

Like Pemdas said stick to the big moves. Design your workout around: Squat, Deadlift, Lunges, Step Ups, Rows, Chins, Bench, Dips, Overhead press. Add in isolation where needed, but I would suggest you stick to the big compound movements. They all have their variations so you can mix it up as you see fit. Make sure you eat big as well so you will grow, but keep the diet clean. Good Luck and welcome to FT !!
