I have 2 quik questions.

1) how do i know when i em over working out?

2) how do i work out the top of the bicept, the part closer to the shoulder?

sleeplessness and midday fatigue are about the biggest tell tale signs you are over training, as for the bicep the heads of a bicep run full length of upper arm along side of each other so there isnt a specific head that will traing specifically the upper bicep, stick with isolation exercises and strict form if concerned about shape and trying to devolop the peak you might wanna look into concentration curls otherwise lift hard and remember genetics plays a role also
