Can anyone help me out? I am moving in about 3 or 4 months. And I want to look great. I am at 170 lbs and am in size 16 or 17 in jeans. My goal is to be at 120-130 lbs abd be in size 6 or 7 jeans size. I also want to start working out. Should i wait on the running part? And just do sit ups and crunches. And how long should I exercise and when should I?

The best thing to start with is filling out your profile, and creating a fitness plan with this site. You can make one specific to your goals and what resources are available to you. I am currently in my 5th week of my plan and am pretty pleased with results i am seeing. Look through all of the other message boards too - there is sooo much info and your question has been asked many times before. Put "Women!! Ladies!!! Print and read!!!!" into the 'search fitbuddy' at the bottom of your screen - its really informative. Most of all, make sure you set small and realistic goals for yourself. Every time you accomplish one, you will feel great! Best of luck :big_smile:
