I'd like some information on the purpose of BCAAs, although i find that its similar to glutamine is it not? And if so, which would be better for either dieting or gaining mass? And if there not so alike, which is ultimately better?
Thanks :dumbbell:

I would not do either unless dieting. Glutamine in oral form may not do much at all, and BCAA's exert their best effects when rather lean and dieting to lower bodyfats.

When I'll be dieting, when would be the best time to take BCAAs, morning, before working out, etc.? And i have around 8% Body fat, so will it still help me out dieting?

You are fairly low in bodyfat. I would suggest if you are dieting to lower levels, then utilize BCAA's. Take them with every meal, take them all day long. The doseage most bottles proclaim will not suffice. But if they put that doseage on the bottle, they would never sell any.
