I have read that taking CLA actually does help in the quest to reduce body fat...is it a myth?
Does anybody know or take CLA?

The answer to your question is probably no. In fact CLA can help in a bulk more than anything as to a bodybuilding regards.

It is a good fat though, and if it does not put you over your calorie intake limits, then use it if you can justify the cost.

Probably much better to just use fish oil.
