Can i use creatine while tring to cut weight?I want to get abbs by summer but have such a small frame i want to add size to my chest.What do i do?

creatine is used to help volumize muscle...so if you are looking to cut weight i wouldnt use it at all....but if you are trying to bulk your shest then use it but you cant have both, cant have bulk and cut weight

I'd say but weight and stay with creatine. It will make muscles look fuller. Just keep a good water intake. I know bodybuilders dieting for their show use creatine even the day of the show.

this depends, are you trying to drop weight, to hit a specific number like make weight for a fight? Or do you just want to be leaner? If you want to lose fat, and become leaner, Creatine can help. here is my thoughts on it.

Creatine can make you increase 5-10lbs of water weight, this will be in your muscles. it also aids in helping you lift heavier weights. This will overall help in adding some lean mass to you. adding Muscle increases your metabolism, so you will burn more calories, which can help in leaning you out.

there are other benefits from Creatine, as in, better recovery time, and more intense workouts, so use it, cycle on it for 2-3 mnths, then go off for a month, and evaluate if your leaner. If so, you know its helping.
