That's amazing that your metabolism is still going so strong at 41. I would suggest upping your calorie intake. Try to make it clean foods though and not a bunch of fried or sugary foods. There is a way to calcualte how many calories you need to consume to put on weight. I think it is posted on here somewhere but I will try to post it as well. How often do you workout?
