hi im new to this and im in the process of losing weight,from everywhere but my hips and thighs and its getting me down it just wont shift at all.i want to lose it has the warmer weather is now coming and i want to look good,ive bought a bikini and i just look awful in it i look bottom heavy.any help would be really appreciated

Give us a bit more detail about your current situation, what do you weigh, your normal daily food intake, what exercise you're getting, how long since you started, etc. That way the clever peeps here at FT will be able to highlight any areas to tweak.
