Hey, I am 16 years old, 5'8", and weigh 160 pounds. I would like to lose wait (around 20-30lbs.) I am eating about 3-4 meals per day: mini wheats cereal for breakfast, sandwich for lunch, soup for snack, and grilled chicken ceaser salad for dinner. I have been doing 50 push-ups, 100 bicycle situps, 60 situps, 30 back pushups, 50 10lb. and weight lifts. I have no idea if this is a good diet and exercise program but feel free to make corrections thanks.

Step 1: fill out your profile
Step 2: get a workout plan
Step 3: get a nutirion guide

What your doing isnt bad at all, if you want to lose fat though, your going to need to do more cardio rather than doing more pushups, situps, etc.

- Skip the mini-wheats and switch to oats or something much lest processed.
- What kind of soup? Out of a can? Maybe not the best. Make some at home, that way you know what's in it.
- What kind of sandwich?

Alos, as the dr. says above, ditch a few of the things you're doing now.

How often are you doing your program? It seems a little willie nillie to me. Pick a plan from here and go nuts.
