Fast athletes are generally powerful athletes. With lifts like squats and deadlifts who will improove all the leg muscles and your back(plus more for deadlifts) which is so important for power and speed development. Also speed = length of steps X amount of steps. Work on all areas of your flexibility from head to toe coupled with good strength workout proper nutrition and smart speed training as in jsut because you race 100m doesn't mean running X amount of 100m training is best, work on different parts your start and first 20m then then run throughs to the 60, really break it up and try to get mini pb's at these short distances then when put all together you will be fast at all these areas)(if your at a club get as many tips for training for 100m) and you'll be well on your way to quicker times.:big_smile: and also read read read read
