I have realized that the upper part of my lats, just below the arm pit really seem to be falling behind. When doing a lat spread i seem to have decent lats right up to my arm pits, but when i do a front double bicep it looks as though my lats simply stop around the chest line. I'm just wondering what exercises will target this area the most. Thank you very much for any help in advance

the upper lats outer region as in back in by armpits if in fact is your back lats area your refer to to build those up do Wide grip BOR (bent Over Rows) really wide grip BOR's work the most outer and upper area lats
