im sure you all get a lot of this and it sounds very amateur.

im leaving for hawaii in four weeks and i want to look impressive.

im looking to lose as much body fat as possible in that period of time. any advice other than "eat well, work-out well"

eat protein 1-2 grams per pound and do lots o lot o cardio. Do light weight training, your not going to gain muscle in only four weeksmso just shed the fat.
