I have looked at the training provided on this site.
I guess my main question is..
I am in the reserves so I am also working on my running. At this point I am very much out of shape so I can only run 3/4 mile very slowly without stopping.
I am doing this a few times a week plus other cardio @ the gym. Is there a problem with that much cardio?
BTW I am 5'4" and 168 pounds. 35% BF.

20 minutes of cardio everyday... 1 interval on 10 minutes. Drink water and jog again.. THen lift weights... But before you do this exercise eat something first.. Maybe 2 slices of bread and 1 omelet....
I already lost 4.5 pounds in 17 days with this routine..
Also, 1 of the most important thing ive learned in this forum is your calorie intake..Watch it..Also no fruits since it is still considered by your body as sugar so watch it too
No softdrinks, be vert wise on eating....
