hi folks,
i've just started taking time-release multivit.s PWO. but it just occurred to me that i have no idea how they work, and that they might inhibit absorption of essential nutrients (ie. protein, carbs, etc.) if taken PWO. i've looked on the web, but can't seem to find info on how time-release multivits actually work - they must prevent rapid absorption somehow, and i sure as hell don't want them interfering with PWO refuelling. anybody got any info on these things?

There is some evidence that antioxidants post workout may actually be a bit detrimental by not allowing normal bodily adaptations to the workout stress occur.
