Creatine Water Retention?

Is this retention muscle based or over all body retention?

As a Bowler and plans to hit the Pro Tour I can't afford to have my Finger always changing in size and this is why a huge number of us avoid salt.

Maybe doesn't make sense to you but try being in a tournament and one day you grab your ball bag and not 1 ball fits on your hand, this has happened to me a few times in the past before I knew better and the pisser is the money you spent to join the contest and now it starts and you have no equipment you can use.

Yes there are ways to enlargen the holes but your best way is to have them drilled over sized and then use tape to fill in the space because your going to fluctuated in finger size anyway from start of contest to the the end of it but overall you want your hands to stay the same day in and day out!

Yeah that's right I know crap about Creatine and that's why I'm asking but also what is better Pill or Power and I would go with a Creatine Ethyl Ester!

Pill or Powder and if poder how much meldoxitrine to mix with it.

Like a broken record sorry but what I'm I to expect in the retention area, total body or more muscle based.

I'm not concerned about the results it does in weight gain in the muscle I'm concerned about water retention and my fingers changing sizes on me, I can't have this and an example would be like if I had too much salt intake then I wouldn't fit right in my equipment let alone Possible not fit at all.

Or is the retention nothing like what salt would do?

Just don't wana give it a try and get pissed with the water retention because when someone tell me this will cause you water retention I think about swollen fingers and ect.

Looks like Powder is best as it absorbs quickest, and the CCE you don't need to load up on and is said to not give the bloating feeling so I just may be alright just going to have to find out I guess LOL.

Ok I just did some homework and I hope I'm getting close but correct me if I'm off.

Higher Power Creatine Ethyl Ester
500 Grams

Supplement Facts
Serving Size 2.5Grams (1/2teaspoon)
Servings Per Container 200
Amount Per Serving % DV
Creatine Ethyl Ester HCL 2.5g **
** Percent Daily Values have not been established.
Ingredients
Pure Certified And Laboratory Tested Creatine Ethyl Ester Hydrochloride

Directions: Take 1/2 teaspoon with 12-16 oz of water 30 minutes to one hour prior to training session. Continue water consumption throughout the workout. Add an additional 1/2 teaspoon and 12-16 oz of water immediately after session for increased effectiveness.

So I would take it plan in water Pre Workout and take it in a PWO with 10 grams of Dextrose.(I'm sure if I don't need the malto I won't need the dextrose but it's what I came up with before reading BB1's last post.

Cycle it 4 weeks on and 4 off.

I'm not sure if I'm quite ready to take the Creatine but I know I'm damn close so I'm trying to know what I'm doing before hand and not just grab off shelf buy and say well WHAT DO WE HAVE HERE!

About a year ago there were severe issues with Higher Power CEE. It really shied me away from that brand. Issues have surely been resolved, but still....

CEE is very well absorbed unlike standard creatine powders. Thus the sugars to help with takeup are not needed, and simply wasted calories.

Ok got my order today and this stuff taste like Meth.(OOPS FLASH BACK)
One last question as I see some say no need to cycle but others say to do so but on the other hand the directions only say to take it pre and post workout, so do as directed or take every day and cycle like some say or just take it on workout days for 5 to 8 weeks and stop for 2 to 3 then go back on it?

I normally start out with 2 a day servings, after about a week or 2, I drop that down to just workout days and notice absolutely no difference.

As far as cycling, the only reason is obvious....there is at some point with anything diminishing returns.
