Hey guys... I need some help in getting ready for the summer.

I've been lifting for about 2 years now since I play football for my high school team. The lifting that we do is mainly for power, strength, explosiveness, etc... We do bench, squats, cleans, jammers, snatch, etc.

The football lifting does not help much for getting ripped and tone. I am wanting to start a worout and diet plan Monday to get ripped and tone for summer. I am like 5'7 148. I need to gain muscle weight for football but I am going to get toned at the same time.

Could somebody hook me up with a program that I could use while in the gym... I prefer it to be 3 days a week since I usually go to the Y about 3 ddays a week and lift and cardio... Any help would be appreciated!!!

Hi,
if you sign up for an exercise plan on the site you can customise it for your access to gym equipment and your goals.

Hope that helps.

so you'd like the pussification of your current program?

The lifts u listed are the lifts that gave me results both in terms of strength and in terms of overall muscle....

whether you are ripped or not depends on your nutrition and how hard you push yourself in the lifts....I have a sub 8 body fat and all I ever do is the big lifts....

what are your top lifts in:
deep squat, deadlifts, standing overhead barbell press, weighted chins/pulls, bent over rows, bench, dips, cleans, snatches? these are the lifts that get you results....

umm any man who knowingly uses the word 'toned' should have his manhood reexamined.....
