i am a diaBETIC AND I NEED TO LOOSE THE WEIGHT I WEIGH 297 POUNDS AND IT HAS TO GO I WOULD LOVE A BUDDY SOME ONE I CAN CHAT WITH AND HAS THE SAAME PROBLEMS WITH THEIR WEIGHT

Well, Not diabetic, but got some weight to lose. Have you checked out Women's Health? They have diabetic recipes, a calendar of meal plans, etc. That might be some help. Let me see if I can find the web address... I think it's www.Everydayhealth.com.

Bonnie, you'll find most here really limit there sugar intake so even though they might not be diabetic, they'll have some sound advice for you.
Only thing I can tell you is make sure you incorporate weight training into your routine, and when you do cardio make sure it is high intensity. 20 minutes of high intensity cardio will do you way more good than running for 2 hours straight!!

i had a bout with diabetes when i had a surgery few years back and i am overweight currently do low carbs no sugar really whatsoever be glad to answer and share anything yo need help with
