Supplements can be a great aid with your health and fitness goals. Combined with the proper exercise and nutritional plan they can be quite effective.

Anyone have any experience with Xyience's NOX-CG3 (400g) Creatine-Arginine-Glutamine product?

It is ok, but what do you need it for? By your profile, you are looking to drop some weight...just look to your diet, add in calorie expenditure, and you will realize some progress. This stuff will in no way aid you in your goal.

bb1 is right that is more of a volumizer and "pump" product but if your looking to cut weight then you dont want to supplement

It was a question asked on behalf of a friend.

All those products are pretty much the same, really don't do a whole hell of a lot. Probably not much that will be noticeable any more than just using creatine. Arginine is known for years for pumps. Creatine I am sure you know about. Glutamine is up in the air if it does anything at all. Oral glutamine in many studies shows it is pretty much useless unless using unrealistic doses.
