Hey guys, I'm new here. So i have a 25 inch waist. By summer time I want to slim it down to about 23 inches, or 24 at most. I know this seems small, but my waist is naturally 25 inches with a diet consisting of junk food and fat and a workout plan of only jogging a few times a week. (Both my parents have phenomenal metabolism) So I think that with the right exercise I can do this, and still be healthy. Also, I do want to keep the hips and butt, so does anyone have good workouts to tone those up and maybe beef them up a little? Thaxs

omg i just got my measuring tape out to really see what 24inch is and thats sooo tiny aren't you so lucky to have a waist like that and still eat junk! how old are you?

Beware...I've seen too many people with great metabolisms that this eventually comes around and bites them in the butt down the road. My wife is one of those...she looks great at 32 and after 2 kids and never once done any type of physical workout. However it's starting to catch up to her.
Keep in mind many of those that eat healthy don't do it just to look good, but also to live longer. Saturated fats, Trans fats and preservatives might not initially make you fat, but they can still kill you at a young age.

sstump1 how were you able to loose weight around your stomach in four months? I am looking to married in about four months and would like to slim down my stomach. I am 118 pounds and 5ft tall so i really am not over weight but my waist is a 34 and i want to get down to 25 at least. Do you have any advice?
