I use to workout (seriously for about a year But lacked knowledge on nutrition) and got in decent shape with fairly good gains, went away to college and started drinkin and eating like crap and want to start working out again and get back into shape! I wanted to know if this workout routine is any good or if you have any suggestions etc. I started working out about a 3 weeks I want to bulk up so I figured I would try and bulk for about 8-9 months. Currently Im 20 years old 190lbs also I do cardio with my girlfriend about 4 times a week for 30 minutes just walking and jogging.
