Im 16,5 years old, and i want to start gaining some more muscle mass. Mostly im looking for some good exercises not involving me having to go use some machines. (only machine i have at home is a cross-trainer.. is that a good machine for working out your whole body ?)

What i want to focus at is my chest, (breast muscles) and probably triceps + some biceps.
And then what food is good for gaining mass? Ive heard stuff like tuna should be really good.

Im still growing at a decent rate so i dont want to do anything wrong either.. what should i do ? Thanks

Haha, breast muscles-- that's the first time I've heard that term. Those are your pectoral muscles, or pecs for short. Without equipment you'll have to do calisthenics-- sit ups/crunches, push ups, dips, pull ups, etc. I'd at least get some dumbbells if possible. Isn't a cross-trainer a cardio machine? Anyway, vary your push ups from flat ground to feel on steps for an incline (upper chest) to close grip/wide grip (hit your triceps and outer pecs). If you can find a bar to do pull ups on, that'll work your biceps great.

Food for gaining mass-- protein, protein, protein, get as much as you can. Tuna is great as well as any fish, lean meats like chicken, turkey, lean steaks.. beans, low fat or fat free milk, low fat or fat free cheese, cottage cheese, eggs.. just look around the forum and you'll find plenty of suggestions.

Without equipment it'll be tough to put on a lot of mass, but you can definitely get creative with body exercises and pack on some muscle.
