general goals- to get even stronger and add more mass to my arms and shoulders. to lose the weight that manages to hang on around my belly despite my diet, and to keep bettering my cardiovascular endurance.
up until last week i'd been trying my damnedest to train 4x a week, but with my class schedule it just wasn't happening. so here's what i've settled on-
monday- arms and abs, 30 minutes of cardio
tuesday- 30-40 minutes of cardio
wednesday- back and legs + 30 minutes of cardio. here's where i'd like to add deadlifts once i've read up on the form.
thursday- more cardio
friday- chest and shoulders, and (you geussed it) 30 or 40 minutes of cardio.
saturday and sunday- off, unless i'm feeling really ambitious.
now, i have two different routines ready for each day so that my muscles don't get complaisent, and have to keep geussing. after the 2nd week, i might even rearrange the order the days fall in...
so how does it look ?

too many days of cardio personally i think you may be over doing the cardio and at the same time not doing enough if that makes sense lol....let me explain if you do the same cardio over and over you get used to it therefore less effort expended hence less results...what kind of cardio are you doing? I would try to look at doing HIIT....real believer in it...it has helped me out alot and you dont have to do it as long

the cardio i do is all on a treadmill, and usually not for more than 35 minutes. the approach i take is similar to HIIT, but maybe not quite as 'concentrated': i start off at about 3.5 mph, and jump up to about 3.8 or 3.9 once i've warmed up for about 4 minutes. the bursts of higher speed last about 4 or 5 minutes and then it's back down to 3.6 to go up even higher after a rest of around 3 minutes. 4.4 is usually my speed limit...
