im 16 years old, almost 17 and i used to go to the gym every day. i did that for about 2 years but then i got a job. now i have no time at all! i need to get myself back in shape, lose weight and tone up. i want to start doing tae bo again but need some motivation. do you think its possible to reach my goal by doing tae bo 4-5 times a week and eating healthier? anybody who has any ideas, comments or suggestions is welcome to let me know. somebody please help!!
