you can i personally and you will find alot of veterans use alternate nutrion tracker only site to track diets..I use fitday.com because once you add a custom food it keeps it on there also you can make custom goals for your peticular diet goals and be specific or vague as you wanted

im trying to try out the nutrition tracker but a cant seem to find a lot of the food that i eat, in perticular i drink this isagenix isalean shake and i cant seem to find anything similar (in calories, fat, protein and carbs.) so i was wondering if there is a way to create your own food and put it in the data base or what should i do if anything?

The paid version of FT pro will allow you to customize the input and will store your data. So you could create an item called "chili" and input the individual ingredients and then save it as "chili". Fitday.com, as jaytori says, is a very could nutrition tracker as well and does allow customization. As far as finding the nutritional data for your shake, it should be on the label, or you can often go to the product website and get what you need.
