hi , i'm 15 , male , currently at 75kg , just trying to burn fat off. i have a hill where i live , somewhat steep and i have to walk up it everyday on my way home , every time i can usually feel it in my muscles.... i was wondering if i ran (jogged , whatever) up this hill in the early AM , every day , as well as watching what i eat , how fast can i expect to burn away fat?
