heres the thing im trying to build lean muscle i work out monday, wednesday and friday i follow my regiment pretty well but i have some stubborn belly fat about 3 or 4 pounds id like to get rid of and i like to run on the treadmill every day so i was wondering if this is bad doing about an hour of cardio every day, will i start burning up or prohibiting muscle growth or will the cardio burn the fat away first and then attack the muscle.
