im 5'10 i used to weigh 220 bulking up and now im cutting, i currently weigh 196 and i deadlift 450, bench 275, curl 165, squat 375. ofcourse my strength went down a bit but am i in pretty good shape to start cutting? or should i bulk some more, but i really want a six pack. thanks!!!:)
Im no expert but i'd say those are really good achievements. For a sixpac i've read that nutrition is key. Type in abdominals in the bar that says fitBuddy and you'll get more professional advice.

I just wanted to let every body to know that to month ago i join this website and its been enspiering to me that i got my self and started doing exscersize eating wright and i knock off 20 pounds.. i was 180 and now im 165.. And i know a fitness trainer told me to take it slow and my bottom flabby stomach will go in. And ive been doing that but still dont see no improvement. So if any bodt out there can give me advise how to get me ab thing going on my body please give me a private mes. On my inbox. And if anybody wants to give me feed back on how great im doing.
