Hi im a 15 year old male i have weak ankles but pretty fast and always seem to hurt my ankles but i run a 4,9 40 wich i think is decent i dont really train that often in just starting to im not sure about my body fat i would say around 10% and what my goal is i want to increase my 40 time alot i want to be a running back im pretty quick but just dont have that breakaway speed i need..it would be great if you give me a plan to make me the ultimate running back i weight about 155-160i want to get really fast please help

find a good coach and learn olympic lifts...as well as the cornerstones of good lifting program(squats, deadlifts, standing overhead presses, weighted chin ups, etc)

powerclean baby, one of the best football workouts out there. as for speed, hit up the jump rope and do different types of jumps. (you'll find em on the internet) And also for speed, go look up some plyometric workouts. Your only 15, got plenty of time to grow!
