This site offers great work out plans, but they offer weights I do not have available. I only have a set of dumbbells, the ones you can change the weights on. The expensive ones. Some of the exercise plans call for other typs of free weight exersices. I think they should develop a plan only for a dumbbell workout. Any ideas?
