Was out off working out for some time, got back in, today took a post workout protein shake with water like i used to before, 2 scoops, (1 scoop 26g) ... so im a bit short ok 1g per Kg...but still after i had it i became SOOOOO THIRSTY and still am... keep having to drink water...whats going on? It's berry flavour if thats any info needed.
