Help! Need Butt Workouts

I need some extra butt workouts. I have a litle waist but my butt is just out there. I dont want to lose it all the way i just want it to be a little smaller. If you have any workouts to help please HELP!!!

First of all to lose you must mix your diet so for that go to the Nutrition forum and look around.

Best Butt workout your going to get is the Squat and there also is allot of info on that in this site.

Being a women you will tighten up and lose weight not bulk up in huge muscles. I'm a man and still can't bulk up huge just on lifting alone.

I have been dieting very well. And working out 5 days a week. I can see my waist getting my smaller but my butt is not doing a thing from what I can tell.

Squats is your answer even if you do them from star without weight and work yourself up.

I did Butt Blaster Machines and Leg Press and neighter has done for my glutes as the squat does.

Lunges too, I forgot lol but with lunges to hit the glutes more you go with a longer stride in your step.

Shorter stides dominate quads and longer does hams and glutes although both strides works all it just depends on what you want to work on the most.
