hey guys, I really need help ! I gaind like 30-35 lbs last year, so I started diet and exercise, and I'm doing good now, I'm 130 lbs , 5'4, around 24 bf, it took me few months to lose , my goal is losing fat and gain muscle, but what we do each year is fasting for 2 weeks ( we do it for spritual reasons) and I know it's gonna destroy my body due to starvation mode of body and hold on fat, so I'm gonna lose muscle ! I did this fasting last year , which I was really on shape, but after 2 weeks I droped exactly 2% bf and god knows how much muscle , i worked hard to reach this point , and i don't wanna lose muscle and keep my bf, so I need advise for this 2 weeks, it's juice fasting so I can drink as much as I want, but should I keep doing my cardio and weight exercise? If i keep doing weight in this 2 weeks, can I prevent my body to lose muscle?
