I am a week away from finishing the 12 week mass program for the second time, and I love it more each time. What I worry is that if I keep repeating it I wont have enough variation to grow. I have tried the 8 week program before but felt the intensity of the 12 week program was much more difficult and rewarding. After the rest period do yall think it would be ok to start the same program again or does anyone know of another intense program I could try? Thank you in advance for the advice
