Hey, I have nowhere to do chin ups/pull downs, anything else I could do? Ive been doing shrugs just because its around the same region, but i need somthing to train that particular back muscle...any suggestions?

What equipment do you have access to?
You can try Bent Over Rows, T-Rows, DB Rows, Cable Rows.

You can use a door, basket ball ring, wall, bridge, trees, playgrounds. Pull Ups are everywhere, forget the pull downs.
