i have read many topic about cardio and strength training but i don't know which one i should do first? And how many minute per exercise? Thank you..
ps I have been trying to lose my weight but i am going to quit it. Notthing happens with my weight :(
Firstly never accept in ur mind that your not losing weight because then you'll just be hitting a brick wall. If you have been excercising you are already alot healthier than you were before so keep it up and you will see results. One thing is you didnt mention diet at all? That is so important in losing weight and maybe thats were your lacking if your not getting the results you want. Gaining muscle has so many benefits with losing weight, so alot of experts advice to complete your weight training first so you are fresh for it. If you train cardio first then you may be lacking alot of energy and only go half heartedly at the weights. Start with small goals and work towards them because maybe you are expecting too much too fast. Also don't use your weight as a guide take measurements, work hard , eat well and sleep well and you will reach your goals..good luck:big_smile:
Use FitBuddy Search to look for posts on cardio and look for posts with input from BB1FIT. Definately information you can trust. I have learned a lot from him and others. It really depends on your goals. If it is simply weight loss then cardo after weight training is likely the way to go. If you want to build mass which will help you with your weight in the long run then seperate your weight training and cardio by 8 hours or so or do on seperate days. If you must do cardio right after weight training slam down a good protien shake right after weight training and before cardio.
