Hey ya all I just joined this free trainers thing. I am 5'6 weigh 250 and I am 26 I need some ideas on how to lose about 80pounds of weight. I have tried everything to lose weight and just cant seem to lose it. I didnt get this big until after I had my daughter a year ago. Please help

Hi I too am fairly new. May I suggest that you check out all the forums. and Posts. There is a lot of help here lots of info. Mostly I would encourage you to do the profile and pick a fitnees program. Also Dieting is key so check out the nutritional area also. Diet and exercise are the key. Good luck !
