i was wondering, my pecs are gaining definition on the top portion, but the lower portion (under nipple) is still 'flabby'.... is this normal or is my pectoral workout incomplete? if so, what do you recommend i add?

also if you think you are having problems with lower pecs do some lower pec iso exercises like almost anything on decline like decline bench and such look in the exercise guide for more
