Ive just started lifting free weights, the machines werent doing it for me, not enough strain on my body ( other than the targeted muscles). So i really dont want to injure myself, ive stuck to low intensity high rep. My goal once again is tonning and fat loss just about 10 lbs. What should u keep in mind when lifting free weights as not to injure yourself? i really dont want to sustain a sport injury.
