Hey. I have been on the sidelines for a few months because of a :love: condition. I am going in for aortic valve replacement next week. Has anyone here been through that? I am hoping to be working out again by February.:dumbbell: Just curious if any FT folks have any words of wisdom for me.

It is open-heart surgery that involves stopping the heart, operating on it, and then starting it again. They do tens of thousands of them a year in the US, so it is not uncommon. From all that I hear about it, I should come out feeling better than I have in years after an 8 week recovery period.
