hey its me again,
i know i ask alot of questions but i really want to do this right! and im absolutly retarded when it comes to diets, i dont even know what nutrient does what!
so heres my question:
this is what my freetrainers.com diet profile looks like:
Protein -161 g
Carbohydrates -403 g
Fats -31 g
Total Calories - 2502
I just attempted to count todays calorie and nutrient intake:
Protein: 63g
carbs: 58g
fat: 12.5g
total calories: 590g
This isnt VERY acurate as not all the ingredients and dressings of my salad bar lunch are known to me and thus unaccounted for.
From what i make of this, im seriously underfed!! how bad is this, how do i up these values? should i have a prtein bar twice a day? eat more fruits? meats? supplements? help me out here.
Thank you and i sincerly appreaciate your help. remember my goal right now is to lose fat not gain weight (although i understand that im going to do this during my weight lifting routines).
PS: as mentionned before, im a university student and finals start in 2 weeks, i dont want malnurishment to drop my 'brain power' as i know this could easily do it! so im a little anxious about all this.
