I had surgery last weekend to repair 4 fractures in my arm. They inserted a medal rod and gave me an arm sling. Any ideas on where to start at the gym after a 4 month layoff?

You would be better off talking to your therapist or your doctor if they haven't already told you what the limitations are.

I wasn't trying to sluff you off but none of us on here (as far as I know) are qualified to work you through an injury as serious as that.

if your that concerned about it I would talk with him again and express your thoughts you'll find alot of docs change their attitude with the attitude of their patients I mean realize they see alot of people over and over again...if a patient, i.e. you shows a true concern and expresses their emotional state they tend to open up more
