So ive made my profile for my fitness and my nutritional plans, however all it says on that page is the info i put into the computer!! when will i get the fitness/nutrit. plan that they have made up for me?? also i would like to hear some feedback on the actual website from people. how has it worked for everyone?? i know the only way to loose weight and be fit is to eat right as well as the right amounts and exercise, but did the plans they gave you work well?? thanks for the feedback guys....good luck : ):love:

The nutritional plan isn't going to tell you specifically what foods to eat. It does give you a daily breakdown of nutritional needs based on the goals you input but how you meet those goals are up to you. Welcome to the site by the way.
